Fill out the questionnaire
We will send you an email
with a questionnaire. Please fill it out to tell us your needs and preferences.
Chat with Your Personal Designer
After we receive your questionnaire, we will assign a dedicated designer for you. Your personal designer will contact you via phone or email to understand your preferences and needs. Within 48 hours, he/she will design a furniture plan for you. If you are not very satisfied with the plan, you can continue to communicate with him/her and adjust it until you are satisfied.
Confirm Your order
After confirming all details of the furniture plan with your personal designer, you can place an order on the designated page, and we will deliver the items to your door as soon as possible.
