For a stocked product that has not been dispatched yet, deducte the cost of USD50 for each delivery. Changing your address or model does not entail any fees.

• Return & Refund policy

• Return fee

For a shipped stocked product, you can reject the delivery, you will forfeit a shipping and processing fee to cover Settlein's administrative costs and shipment expenses, as follows: a) Courier, USD160 for each package. b) Truck Delivery, USD600 for each item

• Damages and issues

If any manufacturing defects or damages are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will take corrective action. To report any issues, please email us at support@settlein.com.

• Refund

Upon receiving and examining your return, Settlein will inform you of the approval status of your refund within 2 business days.
